Projects
Since 2007 OneDollarForMusic organizes sustainable projects in Indonesia. In all projects we stimulate yougsters to develop and perform their own creativity.
Training the trainers
Musicians and artists can apply for an intensive training program. Through learning by doing, the participants develop their own workshops. Furthermore the trainees learn about communication with youngsters, about composing - techniques, arranging, music software and band coaching. In addition, coaches can attend a more specialized course in training or management. To guarantee the quality of capacity building, OneDollarForMusic starts every three months with a new course for new coaches and trainers.
Young Acoustic Composers
Many youngsters in Indonesia can sing or play some songs on a guitar or a percussion instrument. Although they might have ideas for their own song, they seldom perform it. OneDollarForMusic enables these creative youngsters to arrange, to practise and litterally offers them a stage to perform and bring their talents to the surface.
