04-06-2010 : Workshop for Disadvantage Youth
Cooperate with East Bali Poverty Project, OneDollarForMusic held a workshop at Mount Agung area.
This year we have been approached by the organization ‘ East Bali Poverty Project’ (EBPP). This foundation has been working since 1998 to improve living conditions in 19 villages in eastern Bali .
Meanwhile, schools have been built, a water supply and a system for electricity from solar energy has been established.
The management of EBPP asked us to set up a program for music teachers.
The cooperation has been initiated and on weekly basis trainings take place for young musical talents. They learn how to provide workshops and music lessons in their own village. Elia Simantov, a volunteer for EBPP wrote the following report.

On May 28. 2010, OneDollarForMusic organized a music clinic at STIKOM, University for IT development in Denpasar, Bali.
